Corinium Language Associates is a company that provides language services to other businesses, specialising in multilingual recruitment. We work with clients from a wide range of industries located throughout the country.
Our client is a Global IT services company. They specialise in client product support, including spare parts. They supply customers througout the EMEA regions. They are currently recruiting a Customer Care Administrator at their offices in Warrington.
You will deal with designated repair lines, suppliers and customer accounts, building a strong relationship with these accounts. You will ensure the companies order and returns processes are followed; own and resolve issues regarding shipment of new orders, return of spare parts, and accounts queries. You will proactively progress returns and financial transactions and parts allocation activities. You will also highlight any critical issues to the Team Leader.
Candidates will have very strong customer service focus, interpersonal, organisational and team leading skills. You will have a proactive approach, focusing on achieving targets and continuous improvement. You will have fluent written and spoken English and French.
Term: Temporary (with the possibility of becoming permanent)
Salary guideline: £8 per hour.
