eFinancialCareers.com, the leading Financial Markets recruitment website in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the USA is seeking a successful and ambitious Key Account Manager to help continue develop the German and Swiss markets.
Your role will be to develop the existing portfolio of direct clients, prospect and build new clients in order to increase market share in Germany and Switzerland. You will report to the Sales Director.
You will identify and initiate contact with potential new customers, build a pipeline of business and establish and maintain rapport with all clients.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of sales and Business Development activities. Knowledge of working with Investment Banking, Asset Management clients would be particularly relevant.
In addition, selling to or working in the recruitment industry would be a distinct advantage.
Excellent negotiation skills are also necessary, as well as the ability to communicate with senior level decision makers.
You must be a target oriented person, outgoing yet very professional and will thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Fluent German, with a good level of English is essential for this role.
