n exciting opportunity has arisen within a global manufacturing company based in Leeds city centre.

The Credit Control Co-Ordinator is responsible for Accounts Receivable collections on a day to day for designated countries in the EMEA division and the management of orders within pre-determined credit limits and terms.

Reporting directly to the Credit Control Team Leader, and directly interfaces with the various EMEA entity’s Finance and Sales teams, to ensure that the EMEA C&AR objectives are achieved in line with Corporate and EMEA policies and agreed procedures.

The Credit Control Co-Ordinator is responsible for the collection of the EMEA Accounts Receivable in line with disciplined targets and forecasts

The Credit Control Co-Ordinator is responsible for ensuring that all issues raised by the Customers, regarding the day-to-day operations are dealt with in a timely manner. This includes the maintenance of procedural and process requirements and the interaction with Sales/Finance. It also includes working within the targets set for collection and logging Dispute/Queries.

Order Reviews for new and existing accounts is included in the scope.


The Credit Control Co-Ordinator will proactively identify customer queries affecting the Accounts Receivable, and suggest process and procedural improvements to increase the efficiency of the team.
