Account Director / Account Manager

£30,000 - £35,000 plus Bonus + Benefits

Our Client, a large outsource Contact Centre, is urgently recruiting an Account Director/Account Manager to head up the team which looks after one of their major accounts.

The Account Director/Manager will play a key role in our client\'s business which are fundamental to achieving long term plans with the business. Responsibilities are split between liaising with clients, co-ordinating the delivery of activity, managing team members, achieving profitability targets and contributing to account development.

All applicants must:

Be of graduate calibre with five years of agency experience

A proven ability to create and deliver campaigns that involve the use of contact centres, IT, data and fulfilment

An understanding of membership clubs and CRM

Be an out-going team player with excellent interpersonal and proven man management skills

Have a strong client focus and commercial awareness

A proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

A robust personality, able to laugh in the face of adversity!
