Job Description
French Customer Services Administrator - Motherwell
Permanent contract
Location Newhouse - Motherwell - Scotland
It is preferable to have a car because public transport is not very practical
Salary Range £15k - £17k dependant on experience and number of relevant languages spoken
Working hours: Monday - Friday either 07:00 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 17:00
Please be aware that there no relocation package, nor interview expenses
Our client is looking for someone with proven strong customer care skills to join their French team. Along with the customer care skills it is a necessity that you have fluent French skills so that you can communicate with your customer both on the telephone and by email.
Knowledge required
Previous experience in a Customer Services nvironment would be advantageous
Previous experience of order processing
Knowledge of office and admin systems
Must have Microsoft Office experience
Previous experience of databases desirable
Skills required
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills required to deal with both internal and external customers and the sales force
Must be fluent in English and French
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to use own initiative to make decisions and work under minimum supervision
Ability to work under pressure
