Position Overview
• Reporting to the Sales Director, EMEA you’ll lead the central European sales efforts.
• You’ll be working closely with the global executive team to establish the strategic direction of the business units’ core products and solutions.
• A high achiever, you’ll be generating revenue by selling solutions to fortune 500 companies
• You’ll manage and maintain direct level customer relationships and provide guidance on value proposition, positioning, market strategy, and priorities for portfolio of the company solutions (products and services)
• Developing new business opportunities with significant creativity and unconventional thinking – you’ll leverage our unique position within the market
• An excellent negotiator you’ll develop and execute on a partner strategy to increase coverage in this segment
Responsibilities / Qualifications
• 2 - 4 years experience in sales organizations, of which have been focused in the IT/Software/mobile/telecommunications/cable/satellite
• University degree, MBA a plus, Languages essential German/French Fluent speaker
• A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, preferably for a software focused company.
• Strong business acumen and professionalism, excellent customer focus, attention to detail and outstanding communication skills in all forms
• Formal sales training (Miller-Heiman, Sandler, Solution Selling, etc.) a plus
• Results driven, energetic, creative and hard working, with a commitment to the highest quality of care and service. Has a reputation as a person/leader who "gets things done"
