Project Manager in Purchasing / Buying - with French
Job Location: West End
Salary/Additional Information: £25,000 - £28,000 + excellent benefits

Role: Project Manager in Purchasing / Buying - with French
You will be mainly in charge of various refurbishment projects on the
Procurement/ purchasing side, making sure that the right equipment is supplied at the right time and within the overall budget.
·To obtain the details and brief of each refurbishment project from the Designers and Hotels directors during an initial meeting or site visit
·To obtain quotes for some non-standard products (special baths, special furniture etc…)
·To prepare a cost forecast for each project based on the scope of works
·To prepare the relevant orders required by the project
·To supervise the follow-up of the orders and the organisation of the transport logistics of all equipment carried out by the Procurement Co-ordinator
·To follow up and communicate regularly with the project team, and in particular to inform the Procurement Manager of any issue related to the project
·To assemble the necessary documents for the projects contracts
·To resolve specific issues met during the refurbishment
·To prepare final accounts on each project and participate in a debriefing meeting
·To give punctual information about products and suppliers to existing hotels when they require it
·Any other relevant duties in relation to the Procurement Department activities and the refurbishment needs
Profile:
·Fluent English written and spoken is essential
·Fluent French language skills are preferred but not essential
·Strong attention to details
·Solid purchasing/buying experience
·Project management experience in purchasing/buying
·Experience in purchasing / buying for hotels and/or construction is preferred but not essential
·Computer literate (word, excel, power point)
