JPK 1657B FRENCH INTERNET Customer Support Services

£16,049.29 (£750 per language) rising after 3-6 months Assessment to level 2 to: £17,110.20 + (£750 per language allowance)

MUST BE ABLE TO COMMENCE TRAINING IN SHEFFIELD END OF MAY/BEG JUNE

My client, a young, dynamic and lively company based in Sheffield City Centre requires a lively and outgoing individual with fluent Italian and English to join the busy online internet gambling team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service skills and preferably sound knowledge of betting, sports and the Internet.
Our vital team supports customers from all over the world who require help with every aspect of using our Sportsbook. We aim to provide the highest quality customer service and are looking for candidates who will strive to achieve this. Our team deals with all contact methods, including e-mail, telephone and web chat...

The Call centre is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. (You will be required to do a night shift for this role) therefore, flexibility is a must!!!

TRAINING

Training will be given, for the first 4weeks you will trained on all their products followed by “On the Job” training within the department working on the shift rota of between 10a.m and 10p.m.

After successful training and competency based assessment of knowledge you will be rewarded with a salary increase to £16,581.84 + £750 language allowance


The contractual hours are 37.5 per week and will be worked on a rota basis.
The successful candidates will need to attend a telephone interview and a Final Stage assessment on site in Sheffield.
