Dutch and French Inside Sales / Telesales

Job Location: Uxbridge, North West London

Salary/Additional Information: £9.50 per hour + bonus, ongoing temp contract

Company:
Leading documentation and printing company dealing with Dutch and French speaking customers. A fantastic opportunity to work in a fully international team, with training and support and a chance of permanent contract after 6 months. The international team maintains all European customers.

Role:
·Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls.
·Introducing new products and selling new services to existing clients.
·Proactive selling of annual and extended contracts.
·Actively participate in proactive selling programmes to improve contract take up rates with clients.
·Build and maintain effective relationships with Dutch and French clients.
·Telesales and telemarketing clients in Dutch and French.
·This position is offered on a temp to perm basis working on a temp contract for 6 months.

Profile:
·Proven experience working in a customer service / sales environment.
·Telesales or telemarketing experience an advantage
·Experience of working in a fast-moving, changing environment would also be desirable.
·Fluency in Dutch, French and English is essential
