Role: German speaking online Customer Service
This is a great opportunity for a computer game enthusiastic German speaking Customer Service Representative. Our client is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic people to join the German Player Support Team.
In our fast paced & energetic online games company, you\'ll be part of a large team helping to support our players online in every step of their journey and there\'s plenty of them, so you could be dealing with anything from billing queries to how to fight dragons!
Must have:
·Extremely proficient German and English Language skills, both written and spoken;
·Excellent computer literacy with good keyboard skills;
·Ability to show good initiative, judgement & excellent attention to detail;
·Availability to work a mixture of daytime, evening and some weekend shifts, e.g. 9:00 – 18:00 to 14:00 – 22:00 etc. rotating shifts
Also very useful:
·Customer Support background;
·An interest in online role-playing games
Location: Cambridge. Candidates must be able to work in Cambridge, or to re-locate.
