Excellent opportunities for Scandinavian (preferably Swedish/Norwegian) speakers to join blue chip global company offering excellent working conditions and encouragement towards career progression. This bespoke Service Desk provides a best in practice single point of contact for a range of major global customers, supporting a wide range of telecommunications equipment. You will be responsible for providing support to designated international corporate clientele. This role will report directly to the team leader and key contacts will include customers at all levels and service partners around the world. Responding directly to the customer, you will obtain all necessary information to establish the provision requirement, ensure the Remedy database is updated, liaise closely with the relevant third party suppliers and carriers to ensure effective closure of all service requests. The successful candidates will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and experience with Remedy will be an advantage. In addition to a fluent Scandinavian language, you will have experience in a Customer Service environment, excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic. Salary c£17500 - plus bonus,very generous holidays, shift allowance plus excellent benefits.
