Customer Services Executive
£18,300 + bonus 3k + 25 days paid holiday

A Customer Services Executive is required to contact customers by telephone whose account is in arrears then find out the reason for the arrears and work with them to agree a suitable course of action.
The successful candidate will handle incoming calls, update customer records, maximise payment returns, issue warrants and advise customers on ways to get back on track with payments.
The ideal Customer Services Executive will be looking to start a career in the finance or mortgage industry. You will have an excellent telephone manner or previous experience of working in a call centre/ customer service environment.
