Job Description
Dutch Team Leader
My Client based in Glasgow is looking to recruit a Dutch Team Leader to assist with the smooth running and on going training of team members. Working within a contact centre environment exposure within a similar role is desirable yet not essential, this may be suitable for an individual looking to take the next step in there career.
The role entails motivating the team, ensuring productively, dealing with any escalated issues, communicating with Dutch customers and Liaison with Dutch Clients.
Starting salary ranging from £16k-£22k depending on experience.
