Operational Analyst with French, Spanish, or Italian

THE ROLE

The role of Operational Analyst with French, Spanish or Italian is to ensure all electricity and natural gas supply contracts are negotiated in accordance with the Customer Service Level Agreement\'s of clients and in line with the department\'s Trading Policy.

DUTIES

-To run the day-to-day procurement of electricity and natural gas supply contracts of clients in accordance with the company\'s Trading Policy;
-To assist with the development of new products/services and the enhancement of existing ones. This will be in close cooperation with the European Team Leader and European Sales/Account Management;
-To assist with the (further) development of the procurement systems and associated processes;
-Dealing with general correspondence and telephone calls received from customers and suppliers and following up of queries raised to make certain they are addressed appropriately within the allowed timescales;
-You have a responsibility to ensure customers do not serve termination or file any financial claims against the company as a result of poor operational performance;
-Maintenance of the in-house database(s) which are used to manage our clients\' portfolios;
-Maintain and enhance data quality within the in-house database & procurement systems;
-You will be expected to build excellent working relationships with the major electricity and natural gas suppliers in France, Italy and in Spain;
-Provide intra and interdepartmental support and assistance to colleagues as and when required;

REQUIREMENTS

-Fluent French AND Spanish or just Italian must be mastered at native level (spoken and written);
-Fluency in English (written and spoken word);
-Good understanding of the electricity and/or natural gas markets. This covers the commercial and legislative side as well as the regulatory aspects of the markets;
-Ideally working experience within the energy industry. Preferably at an energy supplier on a customer focused level.

-A degree would be preferable;

-Highly numerate;
-Prepared to work the necessary hours to achieve the business objectives;
-Looking for a long term career.

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday. 8:00am to 4:30pm Friday
