Job Description
Bilingual Team Leader
Must be fluent in Englis + ONE of these languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian and Dutch
Our client, a well established, expanding company is looking to recruit a bilingual team leader to manage a team of Customer Service Representatives on a day to day basis, ensuring that Contact Centre targets and standards are maintained at all times. The ideal candidate would be fluent in English and Spanish, French, German, Italian OR, Dutch.
He/She would either have previous team lead experience or worked as customer service agent on a senior level and ready to embark on a new challenge.
Salary is 18K+ depending on experience.
