HEALTHCARE SENIOR ANALYST (Business Insight)

Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience

Location: North West London

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a high calibre graduate to join our client\'s Healthcare team as a Senior Analyst within their fast growth Business Insights division. Our client is a premium business information company specializing in industry analysis and providing clients with unbiased expert analysis and in-depth forecasts for various industry sectors including Healthcare. Ideal Candidate:

•A minimum 2:1 degree and 24 UCAS points, preferably in a life sciences discipline.
•A solid track record in a commercial, information-driven, environment.
•Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
•Strong numerical ability.
•Outstanding business and commercial awareness.
•A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
•Very strong time management, organisation and project management skills;
•An in-depth working knowledge of key MS Office packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•You must demonstrate a good understanding of the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, preferably with a solid track record in a pharmaceutical / biotechnology company or market analysis/consulting role.
•You must have experience of conducting detailed research and analysis to generate a unique insight into the industry and develop an effective sales and marketing strategy for your work.
•Proven track record of analysing complex data, identifying the critical success factors within a market, forecasting key trends and present a compelling argument in a clear written report to our clients;
•The ability to work within a team and on your own initiative
•The ability to work to tight deadlines and targets



Main Responsibilities:

•In this role you will be responsible for working on strategic market analysis projects on the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
•As a strong project manager you will then produce and commission logical, insightful and commercially valuable market analysis as you develop your understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics.
•As a lead member of the research team, you will possess a passion and thirst for industry knowledge as well as an unrivalled energy for a challenging and stimulating role.
•As well as developing high-class research and analysis skills and gaining in-depth expertise of the pharmaceutical market, you will have the opportunity to develop your project management skills and progress to managing and executing projects from conception to completion.
