Corinium Language Associates is a company that provides language services to other businesses, specialising in multilingual recruitment. We work with clients from a wide range of industries located throughout the country.

We are currently seeking an experienced customer service advisor with fluent French and German on behalf of our client, near Bristol.
You will be handling calls and enquiries from German and French business clients, taking and processing orders, dealing with enquiries, deliveries and suppliers and handling any complaints in a friendly and timely manner.
You must have fluency in French and German both written and spoken, have excellent communication skills at all levels, be comfortable working in a busy busy office enivronment and happy to work as part of a team as well as on your own intiative.
Some supervisory and or team management experience within a customer service environment is highly desirable, although not essential at this stage.
This is a temporary to permanent position, to start as soon as possible.
