Role: Dutch speaking Team leader – South Croydon
My client, one of the leading companies in the travel insurance, are looking for their customer services department at their office in South Croydon for a confident, enthusiastic, multilingual team leader with fluent Dutch and English with excellent communication skills, both on the telephone and face to face.

You will be managing on a day to day basis the team of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring that Contact Centre targets and standards are maintained at all times.

Profile:
·You are a fluent in English and Dutch Speaker
·You have proven team leader skills in a customer service type of environment

·Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
