Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking the shipping orders in a professional and efficient manner
• Liasing with dealers in France and Germany
• Liasing with shipping companies
• Booking shipping orders with the agents
• Making sure that all deadlines are met
• Highlighting any major problems to the Assistant Production Manager

Skills & Experience Required:

• To be fluent in English, French and German
• Experience in a Shipping environment would be an advantage but not essential
• Good working knowledge of word and excel
• At least 2 years administration experience
