New Business Sales Executive

Based in Maidenhead

£24,000 pa - OTE first year £50,000 (£100,000 - £180,000 by 3rd year)

Due to continued expansion, a Berkshire based finance company is looking for driven and money-motivated individuals to join their ranks. Although the benefits of the company\'s services largely sell themselves, you must be prepared to do an entirely New Business role.

You will be selling to any company with an International operation, most of which will be corporate. Although you wont continually manage the accounts you bring on, you will receive commission for every subsequent deal done with that company.

You will need B2B sales experience in any sector, (although people with IT Sales, Financial Sales and Recruitment have been most successful in the past) and be a graduate or of graduate calibre.

In your first two weeks you will undergo a crash course, equipping you with market knowledge that will put you on a par with many Financial Directors.

You must be goal orientated and focused, and if you need any further motivation, they\'ll take you to their car park to show you the cars that the current sales team drive!
