My Global blue chip company are looking for an extension to the team, they require a Fluent German / English IT Support Person to work on there lively service desk. The role is to provide 1st line technical support to German speaking customers/clients, you should be fluent both written and verbally. Candidates should have commercial experience within a similar role providing technical /helpdesk support within a Microsoft environment. You will be supporting Windows XP workstations on Windows 2000/2003 Servers. It is essential that you have good working knowledge of Windows XP, Networked Computers/Printers and MS Office. Knowledge of LAN/WAN (Ping/IPConfig) and Active Directory is also required. Any exposure to AutoCAD/Documentum would be advantageous.
