We are an international leading company for 20 years in the manufacturing of PC cases and power supplies for major IT companies around the globe. Our goal has always been to respond to the IT needs quickly and effectively in this ever-changing world! Our staff is the driving force behind all our products, services and technologies.
In Win clientele includes mainly companies assembling PC for retail and corporate sectors, as well as companies distributing IT components to resellers and general public. Our customer base has included national and multinational companies such as Time Computers, Packard Bell, Acer, Avnet, Evesham and Ingram Micro, either on project basis or in a long term business along the years.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person, with great personalities and want to expand their expertise, to work in our Watford-based sales office
You will be the right person if you have the ability of:
* Fast learning and building relationships,
* Maintain existing accounts and establish new ones within the UK / other European countries
* Organise regular conferences and meetings whilst maintaining direct contact with our multinational clientele
* Provide quality customer service by continuous direct liaison
* Generate comprehensive reports of analyses and conclusions
* Prepare periodical projections and pipeline reports for the region
* Compile data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing, and reports to management
* Plans, organises, and implements sales programs and promotional activities for the assigned region
* Participate in regional, national and international trade shows, conferences and other events
* Have some experience in sales and achieve sales targets
* Have experience in customer negotiation and large sales
* Enjoy working in a fast paced team environment and be able to deal with people at all levels

Qualification Required:
* Education at university level is preferred
* Knowledge of IT is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given
* Extensive or some sales experience is an important requirement
* Excellent in individual planning and organisational skills with good written and verbal communication skills
* Enthusiastic in providing innovative ideas for business development
* The knowledge of any other European languages is not essential but is valuable asset that may be needed for communicating with European clientele, applications from candidates with knowledge of other languages would also be considered.
Salary will be in accordance to knowledge and experience.
