The Role
We are seeking highly motivated people to join the Global Data Equities team. This group provides real time market data which is used by our clients to make informed investment decisions.

Your main responsibilities will be to update, maintain and process data for UK and European companies. You will be responsible for the entire life cycle of company data on the Bloomberg terminal from analyst estimates of its future performance to company earnings releases and in depth fundamental research on company accounts.
For this entry level position we are looking for dedicated, self starting candidates with a passion for the financial markets that with extensive training and development will help drive our product forward.

Responsibilities

- Sourcing and qualifying relevant UK and European company fundamental financial data
- Updating and processing data onto the Bloomberg database in a timely manner
- Maintaining and enhancing the existing database
- Responding to client queries regarding the data within the EMEA

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Polish or Scandinavian or Romanian or German or Spanish is essential
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• Keen interest in financial markets
• Knowledge of accounting either via education or past experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience of processing data is desirable
• CFA qualification an advantage
