Job Description
Large international contact centre based in Newcastle city centre currently seeking a number of professional Bilingual customer service agents to join them for a 3 month contract.
Applicants must speak fluent French, Spanish or Italian and fluent English
Working within a busy team the role will involve:
· Receiving incoming calls from customers and clients
· Following up queries via telephone and email
· Problem solving and providing effective solutions to systems and procedures
· Providing first class customer service skills at all times
Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills coupled with good organisational and keyboard skills. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
This is an excellent opportunity for people looking for an immediate start and the chance to join a prestigious company for a 3 month period. The successful applicants will receive a competitive salary of £6.50 per hour. The role will involve shift work between Mon - Sun 6am - 6pm, so applicants must be flexible to work the hours.
