Job Description
On behalf of one of our clients , a leading global airline, we are looking for Customer Care Agents to handle customer feedback across a number of communication channels - by mail, email, phone and fax.
The ideal candidate will speak one of the following languages with native fluency in addition to English: Scandinavian languages, Danish or Swedish and enjoy working in a multi-national team. Ideally but not essentially have previous working experience in a travel and tourism industry, in customer care environment or linguistic-related professional experience. Candidates must be computer literate and any knowledge of airline reservations systems would be a big plus.
The role will involve handling complex claims and complaints via written correspondence and over the phone from a range of customers including VIPs. Entering relevant data onto bespoke computer software.
Full time and part time hours are available. Candidates must be able to work on a shift pattern which will include weekends and public holidays.
