Role: Multilingual HR - Officer
To provide HR support to Area and Store Management, in an advisory and administrative role, through best practice and in accordance with employment legislation.
To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the HR service for specific European Countries (excl UK) and to undertake project work as necessary taking into account all Country needs as necessary with regards to Payroll / Staff, Salary Budgets, Analysis / Reports, Advice / Guidance, Attendance, Recruitment Training/ Personal Development, Additional Responsibilities
Profile:
·Must be bilingual with excellent English plus at least one other European language
·Experience in preparation of payroll documentation
·Numerate and literate
·Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
·Excellent organisation skills
·Good initiative & excellent attention to detail
·Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
·Proactive, positive personality with flexible attitude
·Able to develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures
