Available now, based in the Redditch area is an exclusive position as Helpdesk Support. You will be providing 1st Line technical Support using and supporting technologies such as Epos, Office, Active Directory and Heat all within a Windows environment. Ideally you will have had previous experience in a similar role or with similar technologies, and have the ability to speak Czech.

If you have any of the following experience:
Helpdesk or 1st Line Technical Support
Windows, Office, Active Directory
Ideally Epos (not essential)
The ability to speak Czech
Excellent communication skills and customer service.
