This is an immediate permanent vacancy working in an international company within a multilingual team processing orders and answering queries from publishers and customers in a very busy environment.
To do this you will have to be fluent in French and English, have some customer service experience, be confident on the telephone, work well in a team and be IT literate. Full training will be given.
