Job title: Financial Client Support
Skills: Financial knowledge, customer support, fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
Salary: 25,500K pro rata on a temporary basis for 3- 6 month, rising to 30K on a permanent basis + excellent benefits

THE ROLE

Your principal responsibilities will be to ensure customer satisfaction at all times supporting customers around the world. You will take ownership of resolving customer, staff and vendor issues in addition to troubleshooting any queries and maintaining all administration as necessary.
You will have strong written and communication skills, be energetic and willing and able to work within a team.
This role requires shift work and you must be willing to work some nights, 4 weeks of nightshifts each 3 nights a week. Two weeks of day shifts 5 days a week.


THE PERSON

You will be of graduate calibre, ideally with experience within finance, fluent in English as well as CANTONESE + MANDARIN.
You will have a strong interest and dedicated attitude towards working within support, especially the financial sector, in a 24/7 environment.
