Esmerk provides business information services to senior executives in over 600 global companies. We have a vacancy in the European team for a media analyst, a role which involves reading online newspapers and other publications, selecting relevant news articles and writing summaries in English.

Candidates must have excellent written English, a very good working knowledge of German, Dutch or French and an eye for detail. General business awareness and an interest in current affairs would also be advantages. Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual or who have English as their main language.

We can offer you a friendly and flexible team-based environment, varied and interesting work, and a starting salary of £16,750. Our normal working hours are 8 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.

The expected starting date for this position is late June/early July. Due to the timescale involved, we are only considering applications from candidates who are resident in the UK.
