Role: Trilingual Global Customer Care/ Service Professional with French, German and Spanish
The Global Customer Care Professional will be responsible for taking first-line support calls from customers in France, Germany and the UK. Accordingly you will be using your French, German and Spanish.
The responsibilities are:
·You will be dealing with queries from companies and engineers based in France, Germany and Spain according to your language skills.
·You will be responsible for entering information into the call management database, monitoring the call status (making outbound calls) and where necessary escalating the call to the next appropriate level of management and support.
·Also a high level of written French, Spanish and German is required.
Profile:
Excellent communicator - written and oral in English, French, German and Spanish
·CAR OWNER,
·Educated - to degree level or equivalent experience.
·Accurate - ensure the call management system is up-to-date and accurate at all times
·Team orientated - a team player able to work under pressure
·Computer literate- with knowledge of software packages such as Microsoft outlook and office.
