Role: Bilingual Customer Service Advisor with German
You will be the first point of contact dealing with German and English clients processing orders of branded sports articles for business clients. Dealing with sales administration, account management and customer services.
·Processing orders of branded sports wear for business clients
·Dealing orders returns and sales administration
·Taking inbound calls from customers and dealing efficiently and politely with orders and enquiries
·Taking orders and up-selling when possible
·Providing samples and promotional literature
·Dealing with German and other European speakers over the phone
Profile:
·Fluency in English and German
·You ARE preferably A KEEN GOLF PLAYER
·Excellent customer service skills
·Adaptable and an eye for detail
·Proven experience in a customer service role
·Strong communication and telephone skills
·Team member
·Calm and confident manner
·Good PC skills
·Knowledge of SAP an advantage
