£8.20 Per hour on Level 1 rising after 3-6 Months Assessement to £8,74 per hour

My client, a young, dynamic and lively company based in Sheffield City Centre requires a lively and outgoing individual with fluent Cantonese and English to join they busy online internet gambling team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service skills and preferably sound knowledge of betting, sports and the Internet.
Our vital team supports customers from all over the world who require help with every aspect of using our Sportsbook and Casino websites. We aim to provide the highest quality customer service and are looking for candidates who will strive to achieve this.

Training will be given, for the first 4 weeks you will trained on all their products followed by “On the Job” training within the department working on the shift rota given by the Team Leader. (You must be flexible to work shifts required weekly along with weekend

The Call centre is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
The contractual hours are 16 Hours per week and will be worked on a rota basis.

The successful candidates will need to attend a telephone interview and a group assessment centre on site in Sheffield.
