You will be challenged with leading, motivating and managing a Credit Control team responsible for all collections activities across a pan-European market. The team will be newly recruited alongside this role and as such you will assist with the associated change management and development of procedures and controls.
With previous supervisory or management experience within an international or bluechip environment you will bring with you a proven track record in the management and control of Credit and aged debt and thrive working within a target driven environment. For the right individual, you can expect to develop a long term career within the organisation.

Skills Required:
· Practical and proven experience within a Credit Supervisor/Management role.
· Strong track record in achieving the reduction of aged debt.
· ICM qualified, or actively studying towards this qualification.
· A second European language would be advantageous.
