Job Description

FRENCH BILINGUAL PA TO GROUP HR DIRECTOR, OXFORDSHIRE!

Dynamic PA with fluent French and English to provide efficient and confidential day-to-day support to Group HR Director, providing a proactive service that ensures the smooth running of her administration. .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organise the HR Directors meetings and conference calls
Ensure all documents and papers required by the HR Director are prepared in advance of meetings and calls
Prepare reports, presentations and important memos with and on behalf of the HR Director
Arrange all travel & accommodation and manage expenses
Manage the renewal of personal data for HR Director such as passports, credit cards, driving license, professional memberships, airline memberships
Manage and action general correspondence and emails while HR Director is absent or in meetings
Manage and filter incoming calls both internal and external to ensure HR Director handles only essential matters
Liaise with the Human Resource Team to ensure meetings are managed, attended, actions are executed to deadlines and commitments are kept
Stand in for PAs to Senior Directors when needed
Manage and distribute documentation to Senior Directors for approval and signature on a daily basis
Assist the HR Director with the organisation of new senior employee inductions
Co-ordinate the broadcast of the HR Focus Notes, gathering pictures of new starters and broadcasting it on e-mail and on the intranet
Gather details of the HR teams movements on a weekly basis and distribute to the team
Gather employee news from HRM's on a monthly basis, draft e-mail and gain HR Director approval and then send to Senior Management
Support the HR Director's lifestyle requirements including concierge services such as dry cleaning and paying of domestic bills

£30 – 35K + Benefits
