DUTCH NEW BUSINESS SALES EXECUTIVE
Our client is a leading international organisation looking to recruit New Business Sales Executive to join their team in Staines.
Role information
Be responsible for sales to new and existing customers
Responds to incoming calls and emails from customers with questions, requesting quotations and dealing with all issues as they arise
Making outbound sales calls to customers in the territory to drive (up sell/cross sell) new business licence sales to new and existing customers as well as the distribution and management of leads.
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in a designated region.
Ensure follow up feedback for all leads passed to resellers / distribution.
Work closely with signated Partners/Resellers.
Drive programs to develop our relationship with key partners.
Utilizes this consultative sales approach to drive up sell and cross sell of the complete range of all product.
Delivers product demonstrations
Manages contact database with continuous updates as required.
Contact new Resellers in their region and ensure they are aware of our product set and get them to sell.
Follow up own quotes sent to Resellers.
Schedule meetings for your senior colleagues to meet with top and up-Coming Resellers.
Help organise Bi-Annual or Annual Sales Training events in each county.
Skills/Competencies
Fluency in Dutch
Previous experience in IT sales, preferably software sales
Channel Sales experience essential
Proven ability or potential to work independently and as a successful member of a sales team
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to organize and present information
Experience in planning and effective time management skills
Positive attitude and demonstrated professional integrity
Prior experience successfully meeting revenue quota
An understanding of networks and network security is an advantage
Able to learn about new products and services
Self motivated
Excellent Word and Excel skills
Salary and additional information
Up to £30,000 to £50,000 OTE (£20,000 to £30,000 basic + £10,000 to £20,000 OTE plus benefits including 24 days holiday, medical and dental insurance, pension scheme, life assurance etc
