They are currently looking to recruit permanent candidates within the Customer Contact centre for an Advisor, ideal candidates will have a proven back ground of customer service and will be taking international calls from customer based in Germany, France or Spain therefore this would be an excellent opportunity for someone to go into a company and utilise there second language. Knowledge of one of the above language is required.
On a day to day bases you will be speaking to the customers and updating the in-house system, Translating documents as and when received.

The hours of work are 2 wks working 7am-3pm, 2 wks working 11am-7pm & 1 week working 9-5. You will be responsible for going on a rota bases with a Mobile phone for out of office use.
