Corinium Language Associates is a company that provides language services to other businesses, specialising in multilingual recruitment. We work with clients from a wide range of industries located throughout the country.
Our client is a large international business and has its European Customer Service Centre in Oxfordshire. This team provides comprehensive order processing and follow-up services to all customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Within this multi-cultural team the individual Customer Service Coordinators are responsible for managing the operational customer interface for allotted customers within a geographic area.
This is a very international team where Fluent French language skills are essential, together with a good level if Italian.
This is an interesting position requiring good organisation and administration skills in a busy and international environment.
Key responsibilities include:
order to cash process administration
customer liaison and relationship building
accurate data entry
liaising internally and externally with Sales, Planning, Plants and Suppliers
(hauliers, freight forwarders)
accurate invoicing and coordination of receivables
support sales account managers in following up on overdues
participation (if applicable) in sales account teams activities including continuous improvement projects
contribution to continuous improvement activities within regional Supply Chain
complaint handling
Builds constructive relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers/suppliers
ability to communicate clearly and professionally in verbal and written forms
work under pressure managing peaks in workloads whilst maintaining customer focus
Candidates must have attention to detail, have excellent problem solving skills and be able to work in a team. Strong IT skills (including MS office and SAP) are also a must
