Corinium Language Associates is a company that provides language services to other businesses, specialising in multilingual recruitment. We work with clients from a wide range of industries located throughout the country.
Our client, an international manufacturing company, has its European production plant and European Customer Support centre in Worcester. The company's customers include diverse industries such as marine, automotive, industrial machinery, medical equipment, telecommunications and computers. They are currently recruiting a Customer Services Representative fluent in English, German and a third European language, being either French or Italian.
The working environment is modern, bright and professional. The excellent staff facilities include a canteen area, patio and relaxing room. First class training is provided, and there are good career development prospects. The offices are easily accessible from the M5.
This challenging role involves responding to customer requests, processing orders and quotations, sending out samples and literature, developing relationships with customers and internal departments, proactively increasing and developing business opportunities, providing technical assistance, and providing support to the sales force, marketing and management teams. There may be some international travel to trade shows and to customers sites.
You must have excellent customer service skills in a busy commercial environment, and business level written and spoken English, German and on of French or Italian. A degree, or equivalent, in business, marketing or languages would be an advantage.
