This is an exciting and new opportunity to work in conjunction with our Sales and Benchmarking Consultancy organisations. As an experienced Sales professional, this role is titled as a Sales Specialist with a focus on driving opportunities and sales of our productized benchmarks in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME)

Our sales teams have a winning combination of over-achievement and applicants will have the ability to earn an exciting OTE with an uncapped commission structure.

Accountabilities:
• Driving product benchmark opportunities, sales and pipeline within SME
• Work alongside the sales force to produce new product benchmark business within the allocated SME territory.
• Renewal of existing product benchmark business within the allocated SME territory.
• Prepare proposals and contract negotiations with clients and prospects.
• Produce monthly forecasting on predicted sales.
• Assist in execution of new Benchmark products- Activities can include: Plan, Coordinate and execute Benchmark product training sessions for sales executives, plan and manage promotional campaigns.

Requirements:
• Proven track record in Gartner Sales
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Experience of phone based selling
• Commercial acumen
• High level of motivation, urgency and desire to be successful
• High energy/activity, highly resilient and driven
• Competitive and ambitious
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) skills
• Fluent in English. Additional EMEA languages are a bonus
