Our client, an international manufacturing company, has its European production plant and European Customer Support centre in Worcester. The company's customers include diverse industries such as marine, automotive, industrial machinery, medical equipment, telecommunications and computers. They are currently recruiting a Customer Services Representative fluent in English, French and German.

This challenging role involves responding to customer requests, processing orders and quotations, sending out samples and literature, developing relationships with customers and internal departments, proactively increasing and developing business opportunities, providing technical assistance, and providing support to the sales force, marketing and management teams. There may be some international travel to trade shows and to customers sites.
