Helpdesk Support / 1st Line Support / Service Desk – Spanish/French/Italian
An outstanding opportunity for a Multi-lingual Helpdesk Support / 1st Line Support / Service Desk Support role has arisen within my global, field-leading client based in St Helens. This role is perfect for someone who has experience of working in a similar Multi-lingual Helpdesk Support / 1st Line Support / Service Desk Support role, within a busy IT function. You will be provided with ongoing support and further training that can lead to rapid promotion through contract renewals or permanent opportunities.
In this challenging and dynamic contract role you will provide telephone, remote dial-in and e-mail support to users with the company. You will work on a Service Desk function that prides itself in technical resolution at a high level. You will be providing support primarily on Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating Systems such as 2000/XP, among other bespoke applications.
To be considered for this exciting role you will ideally have previous Helpdesk / Service Desk Support experience or come from a customer service background and be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively in a busy environment. You will also ideally have experience of supporting Microsoft Office Applications and Windows Operating Systems. You will be expected to be able to hit the ground running whilst continuing to develop your technical ability. You must be a driven and pro-active individual who can work on their own initiative whilst being part of a very dynamic team.
