Company: Our client is a well-established International Financial Services company based in Kingswood, Surrey. They are looking for a German speaker to become part of their friendly and professional Offshore Maintenance team.

Role:
As a German speaker you will be working in the Offshore Department. Your main duties will be to:
·Provide a professional and reliable service to brokers and the company\'s internal customers.
·Process pricing sheets from Sales to update the system with initial commission rates.
·Process instructions from German clients to link their accounts to a broker on the agent file database.
·Ensure high quality operational delivery through close liaison with other departments within the company.
·Redirect issues appropriately to ensure problems are resolved / customer\'s needs are met.
·Process instructions from brokers to open accounts and maintain broker details on the agent file database and a lot more.

Profile:
We are looking for an excellent communicator with fluent German and English. Customer oriented, motivated, well organised, used to work in a fast moving environment and to meet deadlines, accurate, with great eye for detail, looking to continue/start his/her career in a multinational Financial Services company
