Italian Client Relation Administrator – Tax & Finance Sector – Legal – Accountancy
Job Title: Italian Client Relation Administrator

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 pa + 20 Days holiday, Healthcare & Stakeholder Pension scheme, Please note all employees are required to sign a two month notice period in their contract due to the nature of the business

Based in the prestigious area of Mayfair in London, you will be working within a multinational fast paced professional environment. The client offers taxation and financial advice to both corporate clients and high net worth individuals mainly within the UK and Italy. The Role
Managing a portfolio of clients based in both the UK and Italy
Setting up companies liaising with Companies House & Inland Revenue
Eventually responsible for developing the client portfolio
Translations in both Italian and English
An understanding of local and international regulatory framework an advantage
General bilingual administrative support to the team when needed, reporting to a Senior Manger and in some cases, directly to a member of the Executive Board and a founding partner of the group
Intermediate levels of Word to deal with business correspondence, and Excel in order to convert currencies from Euro to Sterling

The Person
An education in either: Economics, Finance, Law or professional equivalent is preferable
Experience of using both Italian and English in a business environment preferable
Working experience of working in either: Finance, Legal, Tax or Accountancy preferable
