Salary:£25,000 - £3,000 PA, 25 days holiday, bonus, health and life insurance
Location:Victoria, Central London
Hours: 9-5.30pm
A corporate firm of investors are looking to recruit an Investment Assistant to provide Secretarial/ Administrative support to a team of Investment Directors. You will be responsible for all secretarial duties included and not limited to:
Diary management
Dealing with e-mails and general office correspondence
Amending PowerPoint presentations
Every quarter typing reports which can take up to 3 weeks every quarter using Audio typing
Sending out contract notes
Travel management
Dealing with expenses
Covering reception and other secretaries when needed
Person specifications
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience of working in financial services, however candidates who have worked within professional services will also be considered. Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential. The client is very focused on developing the candidate, and will support the candidate in taking financial exams. This would suit someone who is looking for an entry level role within the finance sector.
