Our client, an International Airline company, is seeking to appoint some Telesales Agents with English AND Italian OR Portuguese to work as part of a dynamic multilingual team. The successful candidate will provide effective handling of all incoming telephone calls from individual clients and travel agents, in line with the company\'s service standards and to sell the company\'s products to targets set by the market place.



Responsibilities:

• Answering all telephone calls to the company Service Standards
• Using the company computerised reservation system to make telephone sales for individual clients
• Promoting the company products in order to generate revenue
• Assisting clients with after-sales service e.g. change of reservation
• Answering to customer emails
• Proposing additional services and information to clients to enhance customer service and loyalty.
• Providing service and assistance to the Travel Trade e.g. Travel Agent.
• Assisting with in-house training of new staff when required.
• Assisting in specific projects as required by Management
• Promoting good working relationships with all employees and clients of the company.

Requirements:


• Fluent in English AND Italian OR Portuguese
• Excellent listening skills
• Computer literate – Windows
• Sales Skills
• Excellent customer service over the phone – finding solutions to help the clients
• Experience of dealing with clients either over the phone or face to face
