Role Description:

We have a highly skilled and committed UK Care Line Team based at Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne. We are now looking for other equally committed and enthusiastic candidates to join the team as a care line advisor. You will be responsible to develop strong relationships with consumers that contact us regarding P&G brands.

You will personally manage consumer contacts via phone, letter and email, providing a high quality of service in a way that drives consumer satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.

This will involve handling both complaints and inquiries ensuring contacts are managed efficiently, fairly and in line with Consumer Relations principles.

You will also be responsible to identify insights via consumer contacts that can be shared with the business to produce positive action for our products. This is an extremely varied role dealing with a wide range of products for which you will receive extensive training.

Key Requirements:

1) Fluent in at least 1 Nordic Language (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian) plus English.
2) Strong Decision making capability
3) Excellent communication skills-
4) Ability to develop strong relationships
5) Competent keyboarding skills

Salary

£16,500 per year + excellent benefits
