POSITION SUMMARY

A key element of the Gartner corporate strategy is to be a client-focused organisation and to provide world class client service. The Client Partner is central to this strategy with the key responsibilities of delivering quality account management and client relationships that ensure existing clients renew their services with growth. The Client Partner’s role is the primary contact accountable for both the proactive and reactive needs of our clients in relationship to existing services.

This is an exciting position working with some of the largest organizations in EMEA, that have an existing relationship with Gartner. In collaboration with a field based sales executive you will plan how to develop the accounts so that your clients receive a high level of service and we grow the relationship year on year through additional products and services.

The Client Partner is an office based role working with all levels of seniority within the client base, including C-level. Leveraging a structured sales process to ensure usage of existing subscriptions and to sell additional Gartner products and services primarily through telephone based relationships

This dynamic role touches all parts of Gartner’s business and will provide you a great start to a longer term career at Gartner. The Client Partner Group is committed to investment in the individual and all employees have regular reviews and individual development plans.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES

* Achievement of revenue goals.
* Maintain a retention rate of 87% or higher.
* Partner with Field Sales Account Executives on assigned accounts with existing business with Gartner.
* Actively manages the relationship with the client
* Identify and close up-sell opportunities
* Accurate forecasting
* Maintain regular dialogue with existing users to review and plan their relationship needs.
* Through outstanding client relationships gain referrals for new buying centers.
* Sell Gartner products and services to the respective territory by telephone
* Drive attendance to Gartner events
* Provide the client base with the latest in Gartner offerings, and product enhancements.
* Continually stay abreast of new product offers and technology.

REQUIREMENTS

* Fluent in English and Swedish
* 1-3 years sales experience
* Technology sector experience
* Able to thrive in a quota driven environment
* Strong business acumen
* Excellent communication and inter-departmental skills
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently.
* Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to issues.
* Highly motivated
* Client Focused
* Team player
* Graduate calibre
