PLEASE NOTE: This role will be based in London for approximately 6 months before relocating to Paris. The succesful candidate will be expected to undertake this relocation as part of the role.

Aston Carter are currently seeking several entry-level graduates or individuals with commercial, recruitment or sales experience looking for a rewarding career in recruitment consultancy. Successful applicants will possess an abundance of creativity, dynamism and determination. They will be bright and articulate self-starters looking for a long-term career. Candidates must also be fluent in French as they will be working exclusively with French-speaking candidates and clients.

The Rewards - Successful candidates can earn up to £28k basic within 12 months dependent on performance (£30k-£40k 1st Year OTE), Second year earnings £60k+ (individuals within the last year have achieved well into six figures in only their second year at ACL). Researchers will receive a competitive remuneration package comprising basic salary (pay rises are clearly defined at each level of progression), commission and a quarterly bonus.
