Bilingual CSR (Maternity Cover)
(Fluent English with any European Language)

Location: Newcastle
Salary: £12,675 per annum (pro rata)
Hours of Work: Monday - Sunday between 6am – 6pm

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the daily/ongoing monitoring of delayed shipments, providing solutions to support orders or feedback to customer/internal departments on reasons behind delay. Responsible for the daily/weekly monitoring and investigation of shipments not delivered on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide well-written case documentation/correct case creation that can be understood by the customer, technicians and other CSRs.
Provide feedback to Team Leader/Supervisor on a daily basis.
Take ownership until closure for all issues.
Answer incoming e-mails in a timely and accurate manner.
Communicates in a consistently and exclusively professional fashion to all customers.
Following quality ensures standards to ensure that customer experience high quality contact representing client in the most professional manner at any moment in time.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 1 year’s customer service experience.
Excellent English (written and verbal) language skills.
